Leevale open sports

Keith McCarthy and Anna O’Mahony competed at the Leevale open sports, Anna won her heat in the sprint to qualify for the semi final.  Keith won the boys U.12 600 meters and was 4th in the final of the sprint after winning his heat, he also competed in the long jump and high jump.

Pentathlon medal for Niamh McCarthy

Niamh McCarthy was in action at the Munster juvenile pentathlon in Waterford and she won the bronze medal  to add to the silver medal she won in the indoor pentathlon with third place overall after strong performance in the long jump and 800 meters.
